I’ve been obsessively playing your Beethoven Hammerklavier recording over and over in Hires on Qobuz . You really outdid yourself with this last recording in your Beethoven cycle Angela. Good lord, it’s absolutely sublime and powerful . Exquisitely recorded as well.. I feel a little guilty though as I usually like to support you and Hyperion by purchasing hires downloads of your recordings . I’m well aware that streaming probably doesn’t benefit the bottom line Hyperion label or it’s incredibly talented roster of musicians . Perhaps it will bring more exposure ? Personally, I still miss the old days of perusing the isles of my local record store on Sunday afternoons . Now long gone . Such is progress I guess ? All the best to you Angela .
